What is RMC SMS? 

RMC SMS Campaign tool helps marketers create, automate and deliver personalised SMS messages, or batch send campaigns through an integrated platform. You can use RMC SMS to deliver different types of campaigns:


  • Batch SMS messages

You can send batch SMS campaigns to contacts who have explicitly requested to receive messages from you by opting in. Contacts need to be provided with an easy way to opt-out from receiving messages. The unsubscribe option using our short link is the ideal solution to manage opt-outs.

You cannot send an SMS message to a contact who opted in to receive email communications, you need to have explicit opt-ins for each channel to be able send messages on each.


  • Transactional SMS

Use SMS to send transactional messages. No opt-out information is required as these messages contain static information, like system notifications, password retrievals, or other important updates.
