How does it work?

You can make use of our SMS functionality to send SMS campaigns to your contacts, or deliver cross-channel experiences by easily integrating SMS with your other marketing channels in your Campaign Suite, or add it into any AutoPilot program. You can also use the RMC API to trigger SMS messages from within your own infrastructure like transactional SMS, SMS Reminders, and more.

RMC uses a number of external operators to deliver the messages. You can view and analyse the results from the Campaign Reports or use the Campaign Performance Reports to benchmark against your other marketing channels.

How do I pay for it?

RMC SMS is paid for via pre-paid credit which you purchase through RMC Support. This credit is charged for each SMS you send by the carriers according to their fees.

As soon as you have credit, the SMS channel will be activated for your account and you can begin to send campaigns.

Your available credit is always displayed in the 'Current Status' section, located in the upper right corner of the Campaign Management Panel. RMC checks the cost of each campaign before launch to make sure that you have enough credit to cover it. If you have insufficient credit at any time, the campaign you are about to launch is put on hold and you are notified so that you can top up your balance.
