Sections in the chart;
- Non-Purchase Member: It refers to customers who have become members but have not made any orders.
- One Time Buyer: It refers to customers who have only made purchases once.
- Active Repeat Buyer: It refers to customers who make purchase regularly.
- At Risk Repeat Buyer: It refers to customers who are in the risk zone.
- Churn: It refers to customers who lost
CLC Dynamics
With CLC Dynamics, you can view the number of people in the previous period on a weekly and monthly basis by section. You can also view the number and the percentage of customers who have passed the Active Repeat Buyer from sections ( Non-Purchase Member, One Time Buyer, Active Repeat Buyer, At risk Repeat Buyer and Churn).

# of Visitors From Previous Period: Indicates the number of people in the previous period by section.
- #of Visitors Transitioned to Active Repeat Buyers: Indicates the number of customers who passed to Active Repeat Buyer from other sections.
- %of Visitors Transitioned to Active Repeat Buyers: Indicares the percentage of customers who passed to Active Repeat Buyer from other sections.
