MARCH 2019

Adding to New Criterion Segment > Event Dimension

Month / Day of Week / Week of Month / Day / Hour options have been added to Segment > Event Dimension



FEBRUARY 2019

Adding to Currency Information in the RFM Cluster TableCurrency Information has been added to the RFM Cluster Table. This development made possible to display currency information at related clusters.
Adding to RFM Cluster Table under the Segment ModuleRFM Cluster has been located under the Recommend and Target>Performance Dashboard. It has been added also under the Segment>Retention Analytics.
Adding to Video Engagement dimension in Segment

Video Engagement dimension has been added under the Segment Module. View percentage, view count and view duration(sec.) of youtube videos that embedded to websites can be used in segments as criterion.

Using E-RFM as a criterion in segment

With e-RFM, Engagement score was calculated according to visit duration, frequency and recency values and Engagement was used as a criterion in the segment.

Labeling of Numeric Parameters from Profile Settings

In order to display the relevant labels according to the selected event type, while creating the segment, the numerical parameters sent to the events are labeled by the profile settings.


Autofilll of Special Parameters Sent by Event in Event Dimension ;Segment

When creating a segment, in the "Event" dimension, the autofill of special parameters is provided.


Using RFM Cluster as a Criterion in Segment
RFM Cluster “, which shows numerical distribution in Recommendation and Target Dashboards, was used as a criterion in the segment.
When Values are Defined in Persona, Labeling in Values in Profile Settings

When creating the Persona, the labels given by the profile settings are provided for the attribute information of the products in the Criteria> Group Item> Property definition step.

Adding to “Create Date” Information in Persona List Table
In the Date Create Date column of the Persona List table, the date information for which the persona is defined has been added.
Checking for Products whether Suitable to Persona

The "test criteria before save" parameter has been added to the default true, because the absence of the product that meets the criteria (s) given in the group item will cause people not to be collected in the relevant persona. Thus, if there is no product matching the entered criteria (s), a warning message will appear and the persona will not be saved. If there are no criteria entered, the system will fail.

New Segmentation Feature: Persona

Through the Persona screen added under the segment module, it was provided to create persona with the logic of scoring for viewing, basketing, purchasing and purchasing behaviors based on the selected product criteria.

New Retention Report: Purchase Lag

The total number of people in the selected date range, how many orders have been given, how many days have passed between these orders and how many of these people lost the next order was reported to be lost.
