Offline Data Import

On this page, you can find the required configurations to transfer offline interactions to the system.

You can access the Offline Data Import page by choosing Settings> Personalization Center> Management> Offline Data Import.

Creating / Editing Offline Data Import

By clicking the New Definition button on the Offline Data Import screen, you can make the required identification for offline data transfer. You can benefit from the edit button located under the Actions tab to regulate for an existing offline data transfer that you want to edit.

Configuration Name: The name of identification.
Username: Username for the FTP domain.
Ftp Password: Password for FTP domain.
Ftp Server: The address of the FTP domain(Contact the RMC Technical support team)
Ftp Remote Directory: The filename to which offline data will be transferred.
Ftp Pattern: ftp pattern to which offline data will be transferred.
Ftp Port: The port number of the ftp domain
Error Line Percentage: It is the area where the percentage of the error to be received from the file to be transferred to the FTP domain is identified. Email is sent to the stated email addresses when the value reached the entered percentage of the error.
Service Type: It is the area in which service to select offline data transfer.
