With RMC personalization platform, it's easy to identify shoppers who added items to cart. Using this information, you can incentivize purchase by offering discounts or promotions before the visitor leaves your site.

1. Create a

Targeting Rule

Create a rule to only show email signup message to unknown visitors once they have viewed 3 pages during their visit.show pop-up offers to visitors who have at least one or more item(s) in their cart to incentivise them to complete their order. 

1. Go to Target > Custom  > Targeting Rules > New Custom Targeting Rule
   
   
2. Enter a Title (name) In the Title box enter a Namefor your custom rule.
   
   

3. From the Criteria List, select the the 

1. 1. Visitor -

activate the rule if the total amount of products in the basket is less than 100.  
Choose;
Basket Amount - Less Than - 100

Your currency will apply

Save your changes.

1. 1.  define the number of items the visitor needs to add to their basket before displaying the pop-up, Basket Item Count - Greater Than - 0

3. Click Save to add new rule.

2. Create a Targeting Action

1. Go to Target > Targeting Actions > New Targeting Action
   
   
2. Enter a Title (name) for In the Title box enter a Name for your targeting action.
   
   
3. Type '*' in the "Pages to be Applied" field to enable this pop-up on all pages across your entire site.
   
   
4. Select "Show Lightbox" for the Type.
   
   
   
5. You have different options to add Content to your Lightbox:
   
   
   • Simply Copy and Paste your own Lightbox HTML to the Content area. 
     OR
   • Select from the built-in Templates and update content with the Design HTML option.
    

   
   

6. Select a Date Range for the banner to display.
   
   
7. Find and select the Custom Targeting Rule you have created above from the Target Rules list.
   
   
8. Save your changesClick Save to add new action.
