You can find the steps to compose e-mail campaigns on this page. Please take a look at the relevant pages for the Testing and Sending steps required to complete your email campaign.


You can use the information and templates you used in your previous campaigns in your new campaign by clicking the Import Campaign button in the top-right corner of the create campaign screen.

Campaign Information

  • Go to; Campaign > E-Mail > Create. 



    The Create Campaign screen welcomes you with two main field; Campaign Information and Sending Options. Information on how to fill in these fields can be found in the tables located on the page.

    Campaign Name

    This field is where you will enter the name you want to give your campaign.

    The Campaign Name is not shared with the audience with whom you submit your campaign. It is only displayed by people using the platform and in campaign reports



    MANDATORY

    Sender Name

    This field allows you to select the sender name.

    It is the predefined field in the account. You can edit the information in this area with your Account Manager.



    MANDATORY

    Sender Address

    This field allows you set the email address from which you will send your campaign.

    You can use addresses that are already specified on the system. You can use your own domains as well as the shared domains offered by RMC. Please contact your Account Manager to edit it.

    Reply Email Address

    This field allows you to set your email address to get feedback from your e-mails.

    Subject

    Select the e-mail submission subject

    This field will be displayed in the Subject of the e-mail you send. By clicking the Add Alternative Subject button, you can select up to 3 alternative subjects. OPTIONAL

    You may select to add emojis from the dropdown menu by clicking the emoji icon. OPTIONAL

    This field allows you to enter the text to support the message subject.

    OPTIONAL

    The number of characters in the subject line varies according to the devices. Make sure the subject line does not exceed 50 characters

Sending Options

  • This field allows you to edit the analysis and information options of your Campaign.



    Label as triggered campaignIt enables you to create triggerable campaigns for your next campaigns.
    Enable Open TrackingIt allows you to find out by whom and how many times your e-mail was open.
    Enable Click TrackingIt allows you to find out by whom and how many times links within your e-mail were clicked.
    Add "Send to a Friend" buttonYou can add Send to a friend or social networks links in your e-mail
    Remove duplicate email addressesIt removes duplicated email addresses from the sending audience.
    Add Star RatingYou can measure the satisfaction by getting evaluation points from people to whom you send your e-mail.
    Used red for email subject

    Use red for email subjectE-Postanızın Outlook gelen kutusunda kırmızı renkte görülmesini sağlar.

    Using this feature may cause your e-mail to fall into the spam box.

Web Analytics Options

  • By completing the related fields in this part, you can perform a detailed analysis of your campaign to follow-up the links that direct to your web site in the e-mail using  Omniture and Google Analytics platforms.  

    You can contact the support team about the most accurate way of filling in the UTM Parameter fields.


    You can select the URL Extension for Links option when you want to automatically add a URL at the end of all links used in the campaign.


Contact Information

  • This field allows you to add your contact information to your campaign. By selecting the Add contact information option, you can share your contact information with your audience under your email 

    You are legally required to include detailed information such as Company Legal Name and MERSIS number in your email. You can leave this field blank if you have already included these fields in your email template.



    HeaderThis field allows you to specify a heading for your contact information.

    OPTIONAL

    Company Legal NameThis field allows you to specify the Company Legal Name you want your e-mail recipients to see.

    OPTIONAL

    EmailThis field allows you to specify the e-mail address that you want your e-mail receivers to contact you.

    OPTIONAL

    Mersis No

    This field allows you to specify your Mersis number.

    Please contact your Account Manager to fill this field in correctly.

    DetailsThis field allows you to specify your contact details.

    OPTIONAL

Following the steps explained above to create a campaign, by clicking on the Create E-Mail Content button, you will go through the next stage, the email content preparation, and be directed to the Template Wizard. Click here for tips on how to use the template wizard.
