You can find the steps to send e-mail campaigns on this page. The E-mail sending phase consists of 5 different stages. You can find the information about how to fill in the fields in these steps in the following pages. 

Please review the relevant pages about Create and Test steps before continue to the sending stage. 

Select Campaign

  • Go to Campaign> Email > Send.

On this page:


The e-mail sending screen will welcome you with the sender information field. After selecting the campaign you want to start submitting in this this area and clicking on the Continue button, you will be redirected to the Testing and Analysis stage.


Analyze and Test 

  • The Testing and Analysis page is the page where your campaign's submission is checked for suitability. Your campaign's spam score depending on global criteria and inbox preview options for various devices are included on this page. 

     

    If you have successfully completed the test sending before the sending phase, you will be directed to the Define Audience page. If you have not performed a test sending, you can submit a test list that you created using the Send to Test List button from this page.



Define Audience

  • It is the field where you will determine the audience to whom you will send your campaign.

     

    By using the Quick Selection options, you can make your campaign ready for submission to all members, to email opt-in members or to frequent email readers.

    Once you have specified the submission criteria you want to add to your campaign, you can use the INCLUDE FILTER button to add your campaign to the audience to whom you will send it,  or you can use the EXCLUDE FILTER button to select it as  the audience to whom you do not want it to be sent.

    Interests / Lists

    Interests / Lists

    This field allows you to add the areas of interest and lists you've already created to your sending criteria. You can add more than one areas of interest / lists.

    You can use the Specify a date for adding to List option and add your members to your sending criteria sorting them by the date they were added to your areas of interest / list.

    Not IncludedThis field allows you to add members who are not involved in any the areas of interest to your submission criteria.
    Segments

    This field allows you to add segments you previously created to your sending criteria.

    The Add Rules button separates the rules you use in the segment and adds them to your target audience.

    Demographics

    DemographyThis field allows you to add your members to your sending criteria by sorting them according to their demographics.
    Country / City This field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria according to their country/city information
    Subscription This field allows you to add your members to your submission criteria by sorting them according to their subscription dates.
    PermissionsThis field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria according to their permission status in the database.
    Mobile Devices This field allows you to add your members to your submission criteria by sorting them according to their mobile devices.
    Read Time

    This field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria according to their e-mail reading frequency.

    You can also add members to your submission criteria by sorting them by the amount of the campaigns sent with the value entered in the box in this area.

    Clicked Links This field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria by sorting them according to their clicking status in the previous campaigns.

    Select Campaign

    Email CampaignsThis field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria by sorting them according to the status of reading, clicking, and accessing the e-mail campaigns you have previously sent
    Sms Campaigns This field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria by sorting them according to the status of reading, clicking, and accessing the SMS campaigns you have previously sent.
    Push CampaignsThis field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria by sorting them according to the status of sending, reading, and permission of the push campaigns you have previously sent.

    Survey

    This field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria by sorting them depending on whether they have completed the surveys you have included in your campaigns.

    Behavioral Segments

    This field allows you to add behavioral segments you have previously created to your submission criteria.

    The Edit button helps you correct the segments you have previously created. You can use New Segment button to create new segments and add them to your submission criteria.

    Data Warehouse

    This field allows you to add your members to the submission criteria by matching them according to the information in the data warehouse tables.

    Push

    This field allows you to add your members to the submission list according to the push campaign information you have previously prepared.

    After adding your Criterias to your audience, you can group the criteria you choose by using the drag and drop method and by getting the Union and the Intersection, you can specify your Target Audience more precisely.

Configure Delivery

  • You can specify the sending options related to your campaign on this page.

    • Schedule Campaign Delivery

      This field allows you to specify the date your campaign will be sent and the time optimizations for your campaign.

      You can use the Automated Follow-Ups and by filtering the target audience according to your campaign's reading / delivery status, you can try to reach the members who do not read your email campaigns using SMS and Push campaigns, and you can send different campaigns automatically by creating email series.

    • Social Networks

      This field allows you to share your campaign on your social media accounts either simultaneously or on a date you specify

      By using the Facebook Custom Audience option, you can filter the segment you have created for the campaign by the delivery status and define it into the Facebook Ads Manager and you can redeliver your campaign to your target audience through Facebook ads.

    • Campaign Classification 

      This field allows you to categorize your campaign according to the categories you have specified for a more detailed report. You can classify according to the various categories.
    • Automatically Send PDF Report

      This field allows you to specify the address (e-mail groups containing more than one address is possible), the time, and the language in which the automatically generated reports (pdf) will be sent to find out the current status of your campaign.


    • Campaign Approval

      By using this option, you can send your campaign to the people you specify, and after you receive approval, you can send it. 

      When you use the Campaign Approval option and your submission is not approved, your campaign will not be sent.

    • Campaign Status Report

      This field allows you to set up email addresses and report language to be used in the start and end of campaign, or in case an error occurs. 


    • Additional Settings

      Sending SpeedThis field allows you to select the submission rate. You can choose to send at 2, 3, 4, or 5 times the normal sending rate.
      Hourly Sending LimitationThis field allows you to specify the submission amount per hour
      Daily LimitThis field allows you to set a limit on the number of people you submit your campaign during the day.
      Control GroupYou can measure performance by not sending your campaign to the percentile you determine. The percentage entered in this field is randomly selected among your audience and you can measure the performance between the recipients and the non-recipients of your campaign.


Confirmation

  • This field allows you to make a final check and approve your campaign before you send it. In this field, you can calculate the number of members to whom the campaign will be sent, and if you have high spam rating, you can start the test again by making the necessary edits and you can create your audience again.


After selecting the I have read and accept the terms and conditions of the campaign sending rules option and clicking the Continue button, your campaign will be ready for sending and you will be redirected to Campaign Control Panel.

Sending Criteria


It determines the specific interests list that you will send the campaign which includes demographic information, record information, permissions, and 
mobile devices, reading time, etc. criteria. If you will forward your campaign to a specific target group, select the relevant criteria on this page.

 


Quick Selection
All MembersIf your campaign will be sent to All Members in your account, please select this option.
Members with Email Permission
If your campaign will only be sent by e-mail to legally authorised members, please select this option.
Frequent Email Readers
If your campaign will be sent frequently to legitimate readers, please select this option.





Interests / Lists
Interests / ListsYou can add the interests and lists you've already created to the submission criteria. You can add multiple interests / lists.
Add to List Specific Date
By using this option, you can add your members to your submission criteria by sorting by the date they were added to your interest / list.
Inclusions Fields
You can add to your submission criteria for members who are not involved in any interest
Segments

You can add segments you created earlier to your shipping criteria.

Add Rules:  Adds the button to email parsing the rules you use within the segment.

Exclude

Once you have specified the delivery criteria of your campaign, you can use this button to specify the audience that you do not want to submit.

Add Criteria

Once you have specified the delivery criteria of your campaign, you can use this button to add additional criteria to the audience.






Information
Demographics  Üyelerinizi demografik özelliklerine göre ayrıştırarak gönderi kriterlerinize ekleyebileceğiniz alandır.
Country / City
Üyelerinizi bulunduğu ülke / şehir bilgisine göre gönderi kriterlerinize ekleyebileceğiniz alandır.
Registration Information
Üyelerinizi kayıt tarihlerine göre(belli bir tarih aralığı verebilir veya spesifik bir tarih de belirtebiliri) ayrıştırarak gönderi kriterlerinize ekleyebileceğiniz alandır.
Permissions
Üyelerinizi veri tabanında yer alan izin durumlarına göre gönderi kriterlerine ekleyebileceğiniz alandır.
Mobile Devices
Üyelerinizi kullandıkları mobil cihazlara göre ayrıştırarak gönderi kriterlerinize ekleyebileceğiniz alandır.
Email Open Time

The section you can ads as a criteria based on the frequency with which your members read your email.

You can also add members to your delivery criteria by the amount of the campaign sent value entered in the box in this area.


Clicked Link Names
You can add your members to your posting criteria by sorting the members of your previous campaigns by clicking on links.

Exclude

Once you have specified the delivery criteria of your campaign, you can use this button to specify the audience you do not want to submit.

Once you have specified the delivery criteria of your campaign, you can use this button to add additional criteria to the audience that you will send your campaign to.








Campaigns / Surveys

Email CampaignsYou can add your members to the posting criteria by sorting the email campaigns you have previously sent according to reading, clicking, delivery status.
SMS Campaigns You can add your members to the posting criteria by sorting the sms campaigns that you have sent in advance according to reading, clicking, delivery status.
Push Campaigns You can add your members to the posting criteria by sorting them according to the previous campaigns’ delivery, read and permission status.
SurveyYou can add your members to the delivery criteria according  according to responses of your surveys in your campaigns.

Once you have specified the delivery criteria of your campaign, you can use this button to specify the audience you do not want to submit.

Analytical / Data Ambiguity / Push
Adv. Google Add members to delivery criteria by sorting them according to the status of the Google tables.
Behavioural Segments

Add behavioral segments that you created earlier to your delivery criteria.

Correction button  will help you correcting segments you previously created. By using the New Segment button, you can add new segments to submission criteria.

PushPush Campaign will be send to members to the list according to the push campaign information you prepared in advance.
