Frequency

The Frequency report is a report that shows visitors the frequency of visiting or performing a specific event within a certain time interval.

Frequency page; you can get it by selecting Segment>Retention Analytics>Frequency.



  1. From the date selection box, the start date to be included in the analysis is selected. MANDATORY

  2. t is determined that the cohort analysis to be reported is based on Visit or Transaction(Event). MANDATORY

  3. In the analysis report, if a specific channel (web, mobile, offline data etc.) is requested; determined from this area.  Channel information is defaulted to cover all channels. OPTIONAL

  4. From the "select segment" menu in the upper left corner of the report, you can select only the segments that have been created from the segment module before, and only the frequency of visits or events of the visitors included in this segment can be displayed. OPTIONAL

     
  • After the steps are completed, the frequency report is displayed with the Apply button.
  • It is possible to download the data as .csv file or url with "Export" option in the upper right corner of the table.
  • With the in E-mail için option in the upper right corner of the table, the mail subject, the body area, the frequency of sending and the time can be customized, and the identification can be made for sending regular mail to the e-mail addresses of the desired persons.



Visit Based Frequency Report

The report showing the frequency of visitors visiting the visit in the selected date range. By default, a visit-based report is displayed. According to the report below, in the selected date range, 1,018,828 visitors visited the site 1 time and 73,780 visitors visited the site 3 times.


















Event Based Frequency Report

The report showing the frequency of the visitors performing events in the selected date range. To see the frequency at which visitors perform a particular event, "type: event" must be selected in the top left corner of the report. After selecting the event, a specific event or category can be filtered. To make the filtering active, press the "apply" button. The report below shows the 14.125.155 visitors for the given date, 1 times, 3,771,731 visits 2 times, 1,632,214 visitors bought 3 times. The choice "One per visit" means that even if the visitor repeats the same event more than once during the same visit, it will be counted as one time.
