General Information

Use Events to collect data about customer interactions with your company. Events are online/offline customer interactions with your company that can be tracked by RMC. 

Following are all examples of actions you might want to track as Events:

Online Events Example:

    • Page view on website
    • Product purchase on website
    • Keyword search on website
    • Email campaign click or adwords
    • Product add to shopping cart on the mobile app

Offline Events Example:

    • Call Center calls
    • Product purchases from offline store
    • Offline store visit (data from iBeacon/wireless)
