Sender Authentication
It will be required to complete DNS records that we will forward to you for the domain/subdomain that will be defined as the sender address in your RMC account. In order to prevent these DNS records to effect your current structure, a new subdomain or a domain purchased only to be used in RMC deliveries should be used.
A period of 1 to 10 days is required for a new purchased domain to be used in the global network.
For customized sender address, it is required for you to use a custom domain that has no previous e-mail traffic or website routing, or a new created subdomain.

Never use the 'root' domain of your site (companyname.com) as the sender address since this will cause the records to be updated with RMC dns / mx records and your corporate e-mail traffic to become completely dysfunctional.
