Explore Visitors
- Member ID: If visitors are requested to be filtered according to Member ID, the value is entered in this field.
- Name: If visitors want to be filtered by their names, the value is entered in this field.
- Surname: If visitors want to be filtered by last name, value is entered in this field.
- Email: If visitors want to be filtered by email address, value is entered in this field.
- Gender: If visitors want to be filtered by gender, value is entered in this field.
- Location: If visitors want to be filtered according to their last location, value is entered in this field.
- Age: If visitors want to be filtered by age, value is entered in this field.
Visitor Details Views
After the visitors are filtered through the Explore Visitors screen, the visitor details page is opened by selecting the visitor whose details are displayed.
Visitor details from the visitor page; You can access various analysis results such as demographic information, time spent on site, order quantity and actions taken on site.
- Visit: It shows how many times the visitor has visited the site so far.
- Page View: The visitor has information on how many times a page is viewed on the site. The amount displayed shows the number of times that the Pageview event occurred.
- Avg. Duration: The average time that the visitor spends on the site in seconds.
- Event: It shows the number of actions taken by the visitor on the site. It includes all types of action such as page views, product search, banner click, ordering. (event type).
- Order Count: The visitor shows the total number of orders.
- Avg. Order Value: It shows the average order quantity of the visitor.
- Revenue: To date, the total earnings from the visitor shows.
The Visitor Detail window contains details such as the visitor's demographic information, the segments to which it belongs.
- Demographics: The visitor has known demographic information.
Age, Age Group, Gender, Location and email address ...
- System: The visitor's site details are known during the visit.
Visitor; The device he uses, the operating system he uses, the screen resolution he has ...
- Segment: Segments include the visitor.
- Mobile Tokens: For the push channel there is information of the mobile tokens, if any.
The Session List tab is the tab where session details are displayed. It includes information such as session time, session time. In addition, the Events button allows you to list the actions taken on the site during the session.
- Start Time: When the visitor starts the session, it is shown in dd.MM.yyy HH: MM: ss format.
- Duration: The duration of the visitor's session is shown in seconds.
- Ref. Domain: Shows the domain address to which the visitor is referred to at the start of his visit (refferal domain)
- Entry Page: It shows which page the visitor started visiting on the site.
The Event List tab is the tab of the action type that the visitor receives on the site, along with the details of the event type.
- Event Time: Dd.MM.yyy is displayed in the format HH: MM: ss when the visitor takes action.
- Event Type: The type of action performed by the visitor is shown.
- Category: The category of the action that the visitor has performed belongs to which category.
- Event: The action taken by the visitor takes place.
It varies according to the action type. Page View While the Action type may have a link to a page, the product can receive the product code values for the viewing link.
- Value(s):It shows the values that the visitor has according to the action types.
The parameters for which these columns will take are defined under Management / Profiles / Event Types.
