What is Playbooks?

RMC Recommend includes an extensive library containing prepackaged set of rules, configurations and machine learning algorithms to execute relevant and automated cross channel campaigns right out of the box. You can still create custom recommendations, but Playbooks contains many of the most common and advanced configurations, pre-built to simplify the process. Playbooks also allows you to easily adjust the rules and priorities of the recommendations to meet your specific business and merchandising rules.

  Recommend comes with built-in capabilities for triggered and hyper-targeted e-mail campaigns. Get started today with out of the box lifecycle campaigns and templates, and deliver personalised product and content recommendations for each customer. 
  
  
• Web Playbooks – Plug and play web recommendations
  Recommend come with pre-configured recommendation widgets that allows you to customise your shoppers' onsite experiences by offering additional products related to their preferences, browsing behaviour and past purchases. The same items can also be offered in email campaigns, ensuring a consistent experience.
