What is Recommend?
RMC Recommend is a prediction-based recommendation engine which leverages big data insights, including cross channel customer behaviour, collaborative filtering, overall product sales performance, and like minded shopper's intent to instantly promote the right products and content to the right customer across channels, devices, apps and lifecycles.

- Email Recommend – Recommend comes with built-in capabilities for triggered and hyper-targeted email campaigns. Get started today with out of the box lifecycle campaigns and templates, and deliver personalised product and content recommendations for each customer.
- Web Recommend – Recommend comes with pre-configured recommendation widgets that allows you to customise your shoppers' onsite experiences by offering additional products related to their preferences, browsing behaviour and past purchases. Recommendation engine algorithms
Alternative – Recommend similar products or content in same category.
Similar products or content that are browsed together by visitors are tracked by the system and relevant recommendations are shown based on visitor's browse or purchase history, making it easier for customers to find alternative products they might otherwise not know about. If the algorithm fails to find similar items in the same category, it searches for categories that are viewed together the most and displays the most viewed products in that category. Enter your own rules to automatically promote new brands or tags.

Complementary – Recommend complementary products in same or related categories.

How do we know Recommend works?
We provide you with a performance dashboard that gives you up-to-date performance and revenue figures from your website. In the same dashboard, we also show the revenue that can be attributed to Recommend campaigns. We measure this attribution as follows:
- Web Recommend – When a customer clicks a recommendation on your web or mobile site and purchases that product in the same session, we attribute this revenue to Recommend.
