Flow Templates

Creating your Flow Campaign Templates.

Use the Flow option to build and execute smart and engaging marketing campaigns. Flow allows you to continue any interaction on your website across channels with targeted push, sms, or email messages. With Flow, you will know who to target, when to target, what to target them with, how to target them and how to do it all from a single place.

Flow consists of conditions, actions and triggers to create and deliver automated customer journeys across channels.

Setting Up 

1. Click Target in the top menu bar.
   
   

2. Select Flow Templates.
   
   

3. Click New Template, or,
   To copy an existing action, click the Edit icon 

    to edit and create a similar template.

Open

Properties

1. Select Push from the drop down for the Type of Flow Template.
   
   

2. Type a Title (name) for your Push Flow Template.
   
   

3. Select the appropriate Promotion Campaign from the drop down.
   
   

4. Select a Course of Action for promo code management:
   
   

   1. Give existing promo code till not used: select this option to give the same promo code each time the visitor is targeted, until it the code is used.
      
      

   2. Give new promo code each time: select this option to issue a new promo code each time the visitor is targeted.
      
      

5. Enter your mobile platform(s). You can create Push messages for both iOS and Android.
   
   

6. Select message type Image if you want to insert an image in your Push message.
   
   

7. Enter the Text that will appear in your message.
   
   

8. optional Enter a Target URL, if you want to include a destination link.
   
   

9. optional Enter a tracking value for Campaign Tracking Parameters to measure the performance of your campaign. 
   
   

10. optional Click on Open Testing Form to test your Push message.
    
    

11. Click Save to add new Push Flow Template.
    
    

Creating an SMS Template 

1. Select SMS from the drop down for the Type of Flow Template.

    

2. Type a Title (name) for your SMS Flow Template.
   
   

3. Select the appropriate Promotion Campaign from the drop down.
   
   

4. Enter the Text that will appear in your message.
   
   

5. optional Enter a Target URL, if you want to include a destination link.
   
   

6. optional Enter a tracking value for Campaign Tracking Parameters to measure the performance of your campaign. 
   
   

7. Click Save to add new SMS Flow Template.
