How Series Work ?
Welcome e-mails are sent to new customers. Customers who could not receive e-mail are removed from send list and then they are added to "Unsubscribed Customers" list, 3 days later after other customers receive e-mail " Follow Us on Social Media Channels" mail is sent. Then e-mail reading control is done, action is done succesfully with adding customers who read e-mail to " Subscribed Customers" list. On the other hand, "Follow Us On Social Media Channels" e-mail is sent to customers who did not read previous e-mail. After the sending action is done succesfully with adding customers who read e-mail to " Subscribed Customers" list.Consequently  action is done unsuccesfully with adding customers who did not read e-mail to " Unsubscribed Customers" list.Â

Objects that used while example case was created are above:
Start Points;
  New Contact, a node for recently added contacts to your account.
Action Points;
Send email as an action in journeys.
Hold for a certain time frame before or after an action.
Create a segmented certain lists before or after actions.
 Finish indicator for programs.
Responses;
 Checks if the sent email is read or not.
