1. Creating a Rule 

1. Target > Targeting Rules > New Targeting Rule 
   
   
2. In the Title box enter a Name for your targeting rule.
   
   
3. Select Visit - , Is Mobile- True from Rule Types 
   
   
4. Save your rule by clicking Save button.
   
   

2. Creating a Banner 

1. Target > Banners > New Banner 
   
   
2. In the Title box enter a Name for your banner
   
   
3. Add the product or promotional code you want to add to your banner campaign in the Banner Code field.
   
   
4. Upload a File to upload the banner image to the server. When you click on the Target URL - banner, enter the link to the page you are navigating.
   
   

5. Select validity date of banner from Valid From and Valid Through

   
   

6. Fill the fields of Banner Text

   
   

7. Click Save to add new rule

3. Creating a Targeting Action

1. Target > Targeting Actions > New Targeting Action 
   
   
2.  In the Title box enter a Name for your targeting action
   
   
3. Type '*' in the "Pages to be Applied" field to enable this pop-up on all pages across your entire site.
   
   
   
4. Select "Show Banner" for the Type.
   
   
5. Add banner that you have created in previous step to Banner field.
   
   
6. Adjust the width and length of the banner from Width and height.
   
   
7. Select validity date for Targeting Action from Valid From and Valid Through
   
   
8. You can visit the pop-up notation from the Capping Type field or make a visitor-visitor base. You can also set a limit from the Capping Count field according to the Capping Type you will apply.
   
   
9. Find and select the Targeting Rule you have created above from the Target Rules list. 
   
   
10. Click Save to add new action.
