1. Creating a Rule:

1. Target > Targeting Rules > New Targeting Rule 
   
   
2. In the Title box enter a Name for your targeting rule.
   
   

3. Implement those rules above from Rule Types list.;

   1. Visitor - if you want to display a pop-up on your site, select the site, select Referrer and specify the reference. Example ; *http://www.relateddigital.com/*

      
      

      
      

      Save your rule by clicking Savebutton.

2. Creating a Targeting Action 

1. Target > Targeting Actions > New Targeting Action 
   
   
   
2.  In the Title box enter a Name for your targeting action
   
   
3. Type '*' in the "Pages to be Applied" field to enable this pop-up on all pages across your entire site.
   
   
4. Select "Promotion Code" from Type 
   
   
5. From the Course of Action; If you want to show the same person until you use the same coupon in the relevant Promotion Campaign, select Give Prompt code if you want to show the new coupon even if you didn't use the previous coupon..
   
   
6. In order to examine in detail how the promotion codes are loaded; Promotion Campaigns page.
   
   
7. Add your design inside the HTML field with the <% PromotionCode%> tag.
   
   
8. Specify the width of the pop-up from the Width field and the length from the Height field.
   
   
9.  Select validity date for Targeting Action from Valid From and Valid Through
   
   
10. Find and select the Targeting Rule you have created above from the Target Rules list. 
    
    
11. Click Save to add new action.
